At Core Warehouse Solutions, we specialise in supplying bulky and heavy warehouse and materials handling equipment. Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Please review this policy to understand the details of how your order will be shipped and what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Domestic Shipping - Australia Only

  • Coverage: We ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is not available.

  • Shipping Costs: Freight is not charged at checkout. Costs are quoted individually based on the product ordered, its size and weight, your delivery location, and the supplier's dispatch point.

  • Quote Process: Once you place an order, we will contact you within 48 hours with a freight quote before processing or dispatching your order.

  • No Lock-In: You are not committed until you confirm the freight quote. If you choose not to proceed, we will arrange a full refund of your order.

  • Get a Quote First: We recommend contacting us before placing your order if you would like a freight estimate upfront.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable once freight has been booked with a carrier.

2. Delivery Options

  • Direct Delivery: Orders can be delivered directly to your nominated address.

  • Depot Collection: In some cases, depot collection may be available to help reduce freight costs. Contact us to check availability for your area.

  • Site Requirements: Some products may require a forklift or appropriate unloading equipment at the delivery point. Please advise us of your site conditions when requesting a quote.

3. Freight Partners

  • We work with a network of trusted Australian freight carriers suited to heavy and bulky equipment.

  • The carrier used will depend on your location, the product, and the supplier's dispatch point.

  • Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided when your freight quote is confirmed.

4. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Dispatch: Once your freight quote is accepted and payment confirmed, orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Weekend & Public Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Status & Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

6. Address & Contact Information

  • Accurate Information: Please ensure your delivery address and site contact details are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Change Requests: If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately before freight is booked. Once a freight booking is made, changes may not be possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damage on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Lost Freight: If your shipment is lost in transit, notify us immediately and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Policy Updates

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
