How we work
We are an online supplier. Orders are dispatched through a network of Australian freight carriers chosen specifically for heavy and bulky goods, collecting from our suppliers' dispatch points and delivering direct to your site. It's a leaner model than a traditional distributor's, and the savings go into our pricing.
It also means freight is something we actually think about. Before an order is processed we confirm your site conditions; whether you have a forklift or unloading equipment available, whether depot collection would work out cheaper than direct delivery. Moving several hundred kilos of equipment to a loading dock is a different exercise from posting a parcel, and we'd rather sort that out beforehand than have a truck arrive at a site that can't unload it.
What we sell
Equipment for warehouses, distribution centres, workshops, and trade customers. We supply a range of handling equipment including manual and electric pallet jacks and stackers, along with lifting equipment and pallet wrappers.

Buying from us
We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused, unassembled stock, with no restocking fee.
Delivery is a flat $149 to metro locations, with rural freight quoted case by case. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by our policies.
