The Niuli PLE20 is a 2,000 kg capacity full electric pallet jack powered by a lightweight lithium-ion battery. Full electric drive handles forward, reverse, lift, and drop - delivering up to 3 hours of active use per charge with a battery weighing just 6.5 kg. Internal or external charging gives flexibility for shift operations.
Available in two fork widths: Narrow (560 mm) for Euro pallets and confined aisles, or Standard (680 mm) for Australian Standard, CHEP, and Loscam pallets. Magnetic key power-on, electromagnetic braking, and a full suite of safety features are standard on both variants.
Full Electric - No Manual Effort
Forward, reverse, lift, and drop are all powered. DC speed control delivers smooth, consistent pallet handling across the full 2,000 kg load range. Eliminates manual pumping and reduces operator fatigue over full shifts.
Lightweight Lithium-Ion Battery
A 24V/20Ah lithium-ion battery weighs just 6.5 kg and provides up to 3 hours of active operation per charge. Internal or external charging - charge on the unit or swap batteries and charge separately for continuous operation.
Narrow or Standard Width
Choose Narrow (560 mm) for Euro pallets, custom narrow pallets, and tight aisles. Choose Standard (680 mm) for Australian Standard, CHEP, and Loscam pallets. Both share the same 1,150 mm fork length and 1,340 mm turning radius.
Compact and Manoeuvrable
At 130 kg and with a 1,340 mm turning radius, the PLE20 is suited to truck loading, container work, and aisle-constrained warehouses where larger electric jacks can't operate effectively.
Safety Features
Emergency stop button, safety reverse, foot guard, and horn. Magnetic key power-on prevents unauthorised use. Electromagnetic service brake holds position on inclines.
