The Niuli PDE20 is a 2,000 kg capacity full electric pallet jack with a built-in weighing scale, allowing operators to weigh loads during transport without a separate platform scale. Full electric drive handles forward, reverse, lift, and drop - powered by a lightweight lithium-ion battery with up to 3 hours of active use per charge.
Available in two fork widths: Narrow (560 mm) for Euro pallets and tight spaces, or Standard (680 mm) for Australian Standard, CHEP, and Loscam pallets. Internal or external charging, magnetic key power-on, and a full suite of safety features are standard on both variants.
Built-In Weighing Scale
Weigh palletised loads during transport - no need to detour to a separate platform scale. Ideal for dispatch verification, incoming goods checks, and inventory management where knowing exact weights on the move saves time.
Full Electric Operation
Forward, reverse, lift, and drop are all electric. No manual pumping. DC speed control delivers smooth, consistent operation across the full load range.
Lithium-Ion Battery
A 24V/20Ah lithium-ion battery (6.5 kg) provides up to 3 hours of active work per charge. Internal or external charging gives flexibility - charge on the unit or swap and charge separately. Energy consumption is 0.25 kWh/h.
Narrow or Standard Width
Choose Narrow (560 mm) for Euro pallets, custom narrow pallets, and confined aisles. Choose Standard (680 mm) for Australian Standard, CHEP, and Loscam pallets. Both variants share the same 1,150 mm fork length.
Safety Features
Emergency stop button, safety reverse, foot guard, and horn. Electromagnetic service brake. Polyurethane single front wheels provide non-marking, anti-slip operation.
