The Niuli FE16 is a 1,500 kg capacity full electric pallet stacker with a 1,600 mm maximum lift height. Full electric drive handles forward, reverse, lift, and drop - with 1,200 kg capacity retained at maximum height. The extra heavy-duty steel frame with chain and ram mast provides a stable, durable lifting platform for daily warehouse use.
Available in Narrow or Straddle base configurations. The narrow base suits open one-faced pallets, narrow plastic pallets, and skids. The straddle base accommodates standard closed pallets with its wider leg clearance. An external charger (2 kg) plugs into a standard power point. Automatic magnetic brake system, emergency stop switch, and safety reverse are all standard.
1,600 mm Lift Height
Lifts loads from 90 mm to 1,600 mm with 1,200 kg retained at maximum height and 1,500 kg at ground level. Suitable for racking, shelving, truck loading, and elevated storage positioning.
Full Electric Operation
Forward, reverse, lift, and drop are all powered - no manual effort required. Reduces operator fatigue across full shifts.
Narrow or Straddle Base
Choose Narrow for open one-faced pallets, narrow plastic pallets, skids, equipment, boxes, and machinery. Choose Straddle for standard closed pallets where the wider leg clearance allows the base to straddle the pallet.
Dual Use - Stacker and Pallet Jack
At minimum height (90 mm), the unit functions as a standard pallet jack for floor-level transport. Lift the mast to stack. One piece of equipment covers both tasks.
Safety Features
Automatic magnetic brake system holds the mast at any height. Emergency stop switch and safety reverse electric switch are standard. Polyurethane wheels provide non-marking, anti-slip operation.
Note: Narrow base legs cannot enter closed (double-faced) pallets - pallet must be one-faced for narrow configuration.
