The EP EPT20-15EHJ is a 1,500 kg capacity semi-electric pallet jack that combines electric drive with a manual hydraulic pump. The electric motor handles all forward and reverse movement - the operator only pumps to lift and uses manual release to lower. This eliminates the physical effort of pushing heavy loads while keeping the simplicity and lower cost of a manual lift mechanism.
Available in two fork widths: Narrow (560 mm) for Euro pallets and tight spaces, or Standard (685 mm) for Australian Standard, CHEP, and Loscam pallets. An ergonomic handle design, built-in charger, and full safety features are standard on both variants.
Electric Drive, Manual Pump
The electric motor handles all pushing - forward and reverse. Lifting uses a manual hydraulic pump, and lowering is manual release. This combination eliminates the heaviest physical task (pushing loaded pallets) at a lower price point than full electric models.
Ideal for Trucks and Warehouses
At 145 - 148 kg, the EPT20-15EHJ is lighter and more compact than full electric alternatives. Suited to truck loading, container work, and warehouse operations where the operator needs powered drive but doesn't require powered lift.
Ergonomic Handle Design
The handle is designed for comfortable, low-fatigue operation across extended shifts. Combined with electric drive, the operator's physical effort is limited to occasional pump strokes for lifting.
Built-In Charger
A 2 m charging cable plugs directly into a standard power point. Powered by 2 × 12V/65Ah maintenance-free deep cycle batteries.
Safety Features
Emergency stop button, safety reverse, and foot guard are standard. Polyurethane wheels provide non-marking, anti-slip operation on finished flooring.
